We are moving...

in 2 weeks! It's kind of a surprise to us all. But the promptings and guidance are unmistakable.

We are moving to Folsom. (4 minutes from my mom's driveway - her calculations). We visited our new ward today. We'll see how that goes. It's always hard to make yourself at home in a new place. We had to make a quick choice because schools starts on Aug 11! My oldest 2 aren't really that thrilled. I don't understand why. But they are taking it pretty well.

We have started the packing process. Thank goodness my husband is home to get things going. I'm working until the 5th! So if you don't hear from me (like you hear from me daily...) I'm here, just packing and sweating!

(I hate moving, yet it is really a good thing. We've made 2 trips to Di and we have more to go!!!)

Folsom is perfect! I think you'll enjoy being so close to your mom again.

Hillary,

My older sister lives in Placerville, not too far from Folsom. They love it. That will be great living so close to your mom. I know I love being close to mine. Good luck with everything.

Folsom?! Wow, why so far? (Like it's any difference to me now out here, just know that if I was in California I would be pretty mad at you...) - and when the heck did mom move to Folsom?! When did I miss everything? I feel so out of touch, sigh.

If you are in the temple and see someone who looks like me--it's my identical twin sister, Holly. Tell her hi. Also, I have a wonderful friend/mentor/sister-mom who lives in Loomis which might or might not be part of your stake. Her name is Leila Randall and is there is any way or reason to get to know her, do it!

I am sure you are all moved into your new house and you are just ignoring your blog to spend time with your mom now that you are so close. I see how it is. ;) Anyway, I hope things are going good and that the kids are doing great in their new place. At least you moved before school started. That's why we moved when we did. Here's to hoping for some new updates (and pics) soon!
