Does anyone have a really good and really EASY caramel popcorn recipe? I'm craving it and I want to make some, now! Not too crunchy and not too soft. Somewhere in the middle!

Try google. I did that last year when I had a craving for it and found a good one, only now I can't find the printout :( I know it was brown sugar and light karo syrup, and there was some vanilla in it too.

I LOVE caramel popcorn. Do you have a copy of the Ygnacio Valley ward cookbook they made years ago? There is one in their by Amy Cunnington that is good. If you don't have it, let me know and I'll e-mail you.
